Before joining Kinetic Advantage, Joe served as Chief Operating Officer at Automotive Finance Corporation (AFC), where he honed his leadership and operational expertise. His thirty year automotive career also includes managing new and used car departments and holding key finance-related executive roles, showcasing a deep, hands-on understanding of dealership operations and financing strategies.
Joe’s extensive background in sales, marketing, and operations—paired with his passionate forward-thinking approach to leveraging disruptive technologies—makes him an invaluable asset to Nitro OS.
